Production processes

We can offer sand castings, hand or machine moulded, shell moulding, gravity and pressure die castings, investment and lost wax casting. Further we supply open and closed die forgings as well as fabricated components.
Unit weights from 0,1 kg to 150 tons are not a problem for us.

Machining

Together with our partners we can respond very flexible to requirements of our customer.

Design

With the help of our CAD-programs SolidWorks and AutoCad, we are able to create drawings on basis of samples, do simulations and calculate loads, optimize existing designs or make new designs.

Quality control

Our quality controls at the manufacturer assure continuously the optimal quality of your products. By monitoring the production process we ensure on time deliveries as per customer's requirement.
